I'm not going to go into a detailed trip report but will highlight a few of my memorable events. The UKD contingent was supplemented by Jesper Kjoller of DYK magazine and for the first few days we had two chaps from HEPCA who were travelling to measure the condition of reefs and check on Turtles eggs.

As you will know either from these boards or from personal experience the first trip was out of this world, so when Willo offered me a space on the September  trip he didn’t have an arm left!!!!

Starfish and her bloke Paul, Phil Osbourne and Zog were also aboard.

Now at first I was a little nervous of this trip, I didn’t know many of the people some i knew a little some of the names I knew from chatting on the forum....but I know Willo and the guys he dives with and I knew the level of diving was going to be way superior to mine and whilst I knew they’d be a good bunch I was still unsure of my diving......even though i knew id improved...

Crete Underwater Centre Aghios Nikolaos, Crete

The Facilities:
I had found the Crete Underwater Centre through BSAC they are an approved resort centre and, as I found out later, are looking at becoming a BSAC School by next year. The deal is that you source your own flights and then let them know when you will arrive. The staff at the centre will arrange a hotel to your tastes and pocket and then pick you up from the airport.

Follow Jules on her dive trip with two young children to Tenerife.

On recommendations of lots of other people I decided to dive with Ocean Quest. Taking both your kids diving can be a bit of a daunting prospect and if I am not careful my whole dive can be marred by a cyclic routine

I spent 14 month in Moscow last year working for one of the largest Russian Oil Transportation Co. Besides numerous trips across the Mother Russia and CIS, I had few days off to explore Russian Capital after 7 years of absence. For those who being in Moscow at least once will be clear that Moskva River is no place to dive (it looks just like Chao Praya in Bangkok).
