Here is a short video from our weekend that we spent in Narvik, Norway.
We lived and dived on the diveboat "Galten".
The many WW2 wrecks around Narvik makes it a nirvana when it comes to wreck diving and war history.
The visibility were not the best this time and the bottom temperature varied between 8-10 degrees.

    Hope you like it

lol - your expectations of viz clearly differ from mine

this place is on my bucket list - lots to see and comparatively shallow

Thank you! That's wonderful to open our eyes to different diving locations.

Is there a dive company there that you would recommend?

    Where do you normally dive?

I think they only have one company that you can dive with. You can find it here.http://www.divenarvik.com/
You dive, live and eat on the boat, in the nights the boat is docked in the harbour so you can walk around in the town, go to the pub or just do whatever you feel like.
You dive by yourself without a guide, since they dont have a guide :)
They have a dive clubb also in Narvik and it's possible to go and dive with them.

I normally dive in Lulea, Sweden, about 600 km from Narvik. I guess we have some good wreck diving in our waters but it's more nice to go over to Norway and experience the clear, blue water :)

At home I have bad viz. Im happy if the viz is 5 m :) This was allright, but it can be much much better :)
It's definitely worth a place on the bucket list. Unfortunately the wrecks are rapidly breaking down so don't wait to long.
