Nice video. Glad you enjoyed Portland! I'm out on Skin Deep tomorrow. Yeah, Portland is great. That's why we moved here Unconvincing forecast at the moment. Anything interesting planned ?
Think we’re there from the 6th. Not out on skindeep until the 17th I think , Aeolian sky - family dive day. Probably muck about on the rib If it still works and do the shore stuff chesil , Newton’s.
I am a new diver. It's incredible what our shores have to offer. I wouldn't mind a week in Wales having seen this.
Diving in the UK really is amazing. We've a huge variety of environments to choose from. Alas that needs to be tempered with patience as you only know what the dive's going to be like after the dive. One thing we do have is a lot of wrecks. These form reefs where the amount of life is amazing. That they're frequently smothered in fishing nets means it's a safe haven for the fish and the entire ecosystem surrounding them. The wrecks have a lot of history too, not forgetting the engineering and interesting diving it provides, especially when going inside. Need to look at some of the common diving locations for next season. Swanage and Portland provide great days out. Have you found a club yet?
Hi Wibble, iv'e e mailed my local BSAC , though heard nothing yet and in touch with my local PADI lds. Will get sorted by 2021. By then hope to have more kit together, cheers .
