UK laws

    Hi i was just woderingif anyone could tell me the laws on uk diving. meaning how many lobsters/crabs are you aloud?

    I think it's very much down to local rules/bylaws

    I could be wrong though, it has been known from time to time :shy:

    The limiting factor IIRC is size and not quantity.
    Make sure they are of a legal size, and only take enough for your immediate consumption.
    And I think you are not allowed to sell them without a licence.

    bylaw for whitby is ,you need an licence to take lobbys and crabs as a diver liecence is free but you can only take 2 loobbs and six crabs per boat so if six divers on boat all with an licence , but you can only land two lobbys and six crabs per boat "NOT 2 LOBBYS EACH "

    Ah pinchy the lobby ( one on the right as you look ) was thrown back much to AG's horror.
