Not sure, just paid the Bill at the end of the week. It was just over a £1000, inc 10 days accomodation (single supp for me), boat fees, gas, a third share of Rich's gas and accomodation etc

This was also for 3 days 18/45 and boat costs after the course, two trips to Plomin too - 45 min drive around coast to dive the Vis and Lina.

Its seemed a lot at the time, but when I think about it its not bad. x

The cost of helium can quickly mount up. You could try a week in Scapa diving on standard gases and find out

Yeh I know Dave, I've already heard the horror stories. My first trip at the end of the month will have to be a little controlled as I seem to be burning through it a rate of knots at the minute. Had a face on with £5.50 to get into tintern Abby yest, times must be hard lol x

Tech 1? That sounds really easy! PADI have Tec 40. Now that sounds hard!

I thought I'd resurrect this thread, because whilst I am still grinning like an idiot from that time 2 years ago, I'm now grinning even worse :D - been a goal of mine for some time. I can only think of two other female T2 diver in the uk off the top of my head. So I feel pretty pleased with myself at the moment. Rich kept us on our toes right till the end, and it was a great course.

    Chuffed? Yeh absolutely x

Didn't realise this thread existed, & not to steal @becky9's thunder, but on Thursday I received my results for my BSAC First Class Diver practical exam. 8 merits, 4 passes, overall grade merit.

Shocked & stunned. Time to book the final part, and my worst one, the theory exam.

@becky9, congratulations. I know how hard it is. Very well done.
