I’m in need of some technical advice. I have an ostc 2n which I haven’t updated in a long time. I’ve used it lightly but little more.

Now I remember having to use a program called bootcamp to update it and change settings. Is this still the case? I have changed my pc since last doing it.

Any other advice would be welcome.

Having been out of diving for a bit there is some sexy new computers out now. As always.

There is a list of software applicable to OSTC 2N is available here

I have found both OSTC Companion and Subsurface to be effective.

The most recent firmware for the OSTC 2N is V3.13 and is available here

I use subsurface to download my logs and it's easy to do updates from as well.

Bootloader was the thing you were thinking of but yes, update with Subsurface would be my preference
