Saturday was the day iv been training hard for, my come back to the world of powerlifting. So after 3 years out of the sport due to having a family I finally found the time to get back to training.
An excellent day in all realy as I won my weight class, got the biggest total of the competition and................. and the best bit, I got 2 British records, 1 in the bench press and 1 in the deadlift.
I do have to say it, not bad for a 44 year old eh.

Sorry your specific achievements mean nothing to me, but it sounds like you are back to your former standards (or better!) which is after a 3 years break is great news and to come back and beat two British Records must show an impressive feat of dedication

Yeh we need to get that one going, I got side tracked with lifting and I need to buy a couple of deco tins as I sold some to fund a new drysuit which should be ready to pick up this week.

    Wow! Well done.
At least we know where to come if we ever need a kit b*tch :giggle: - unless you refuse in which case I'd probably accept that answer.
