Back from my holiday and having followed @nickb ’s advice I’m happy to report a dry arm and shoulder and a fully functional dump.
Have a pre-pee in the car park/on the boat/wherever - it’ll flow much more easily in the water if you know it’s not kinked and working as it should.
Neoprene suits are heavier and take far longer to dry.
Two significant negatives in my opinion.
