Hello everybody.
I'm not even a diver yet. I took one dive, five years ago and have done some snorkelling now and then. I was lucky enough to swim amongst a group of black tip sharks on one occasion. Indeed, it's my obsession with sharks and the passing of my twenty-fifth year that's made me sit up, hand in my notice and book my diving course! I'm going to go pro I reckon, but one step at a time. |

RE: Noob
Hi Sakara. I'm getting a basic BSAC course out of the military up at Dhekelia Barracks (eastern cyprus) later this month. Then, if possible, I'll get the advanced PADI qualification next month. If that's not possible, I'll take the cross-over course and then take the advanced PADI course.
Are you a seasoned diver? Who are you qualified with? There's a famous wreck not far from me called the Zenobia which I'm eager to dive over the summer.

RE: Noob
You want to get in touch with Gaz (The Total Package)...he's working over there again from the beginning of May and takes customers out on the Zenobia pretty regularly.
Not seen him on here recently but am in touch through Facebook etc. if you want me to put you in touch with him. And if you're the military type, you can compare muscles! (You'll understand that comment if you ever get to meet him....!) |
