Does anyone have or know of a plan of HMS Scylla as she lies now.

Cheers matey but I'm after an internal layout, with some detail on it.

RE: The scylla
That's a nice drawing Smile
but the big yellow bouys have gone and, unlike the Divernet article, nothing was colourful and clean even 2 years ago.

I had a quick dive on her this August bank holiday weekend. I say quick 'cos 2 years ago we seemed to do a whole lot more of her and see practically everything.
She was a 2nd dive on twin 12s in choppy seas this year and had quite a surge going on
However, while I thought there was a fair bit of life on her 2 years ago there was "moving" life this time. Moving as in it can up and leave if it wants. I never found starfish travelled that fast Wink

As we arrived on her I was greeted by a wrasse and on our first penetration we were encountered a conger Thumbs Up

When Suggs and I dived here 2 years ago, in a heatwave and millpond seas Rolleyes the bridge had a 'podium', other stuff and a plaque in it. This year it was sad to see that the bridge has been stripped and definitley lost some of it's magic Crying

Whatever people say I whole heartedly admit to loving the Scylla, especially the bridge
Enjoy Big Grin

I bought the Scylla booklet 2 years ago and scanned some details in for my log book. Like this :

I scanned in the other decks too but I can try to dig it out and scan in more if you like Smile

RE: The scylla
The Scylla is a Leander class frigate and before I dived it I spoke to a guy who used to sail them. Can't remember a bloody thing he told me except that there is a long central corridor from fore to aft below decks. (yarrrr)

I started to do a search on LEander layouts but to be honest BK .. I couldn't be arsed to keep going

Heres one RN site Leander

You can access the corridor fairly easy as there have been loads of access holes in the hull. I've not been in the engine room yet - its tight and silty though. Take a line.

Tis a nice dive - the UK's Thistlegorm
